This is the greatest thing since I discovered Coconut Bliss. As you all know, a good vegan cook spends a LOT of time chopping vegetables. This little gadget is simply a gem! Last night I chopped through a medium-size bag of new potatoes in a fraction of the time it would have taken me with a knife. Diced veggies for salad...done! The Wizard comes with 2 sizes of chopping grids, for 'chop' or 'mince' size pieces. It it easy to clean and it has built-in measuring lines in case you need to measure out a set amount of veggie for your recipe. I bought mine on Dr Fuhrman's website for $18 when I ordered my Gentle Care vitamins.
