I wanted to share this picture with you all and ask a question...

I made this recipe last night and the cookies are really delicious!  Like the Chocolate Chip recipe, they made more than I expected - about two dozen!  

They were a bit fragile when I removed them from the oven, though....Actually, I didn't use non dairy butter because we don't have any here in Egypt.  So, I substituted canola oil.  Do you think corn oil would work just as well?  We can't often find canola oil in the market here, so I usually get stuck using corn or sunflower oil... 

What do you think?
